Once again, fitting my car in between MOT's, Paul sorted out my problem. It was only a little thing but to know there is a place to go to get problems put right takes a huge weight off my shoulders going forward. That is customer service. My experience of using this garage with my last five vehicles over at least a ten year period, no matter what the need, has always been exemplary and they have always taken the time to explain any problems, with the proposed solutions, and carry that work out with integrity and honesty. Where replacement parts were required they have always taken the trouble to ensure they were ordering the correct parts from genuine suppliers and returned my call to give a firm quote based upon the prices quoted to them, then holding to that price even when it turned out on one occasion they had wrongly calculated ad undercharged me - turning down any offer to pay the difference! On another occasion OEM parts that failed post fitting within twelve month were renewed at no cost. After thirty years of examining lifting equipment in garages, though not at this one, as a competent person working for a large multinational insurance company I cannot remember being in a tidier, cleaner well run establishment and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asked.

I moved to this area 6 years ago and have used this place since. Friendly people, they treat you as their most important customer, and they do a top-notch job. I brought it today for winter service, but have used it for regular car service as well. They always explain to you what has got to be done and why, and they give you an estimate of the cost and how long it's going to take. You will never find a better place to take your car to. Highly recommend it.

I have had the privilege to be able to use this garage since they started their business. Over the years I have found that it doesn't matter what the issue is with your vehicle, it will always be dealt with in the best way possible, and that's by using the following... Good old customer service, explaining what the problem with your car is (if it's a breakdown), in layman terms, so you can understand. Always charging a decent and fair price, if it's a service there are NEVER any hidden charges, you will be called first before any other work which is brought up during the service is done. I would highly recommend this garage, once you go here, I doubt that you will be going anywhere else again.
